// 1. WHAT WE ARE

DISS0LINKZ is a link aggregation service. We provide a platform where operators ("Creators") can publish a collection of URLs pointing to content hosted on external platforms of their choosing.

DISS0LINKZ does not produce, host, store, distribute, or moderate user-generated media content. All content responsibility lies with the external platforms and the creators who publish on them. Creators are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws on the platforms they link to.

// 2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be 18 years of age or older to create a DISS0LINKZ account. By signing up, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction.

// 3. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use DISS0LINKZ to link to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdictions you reasonably expect visitors to come from. This includes, without limitation: non-consensual intimate imagery, content involving minors, content produced without required 2257 records when applicable, copyright-infringing material, or content otherwise prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to remove any account that links to content we reasonably believe violates this section, at our sole discretion, without refund.

// 4. YOUR CONTENT

You retain all rights to the content you link to. Linking via DISS0LINKZ does not transfer any ownership. You grant us only the license necessary to display the links you publish on your public profile.

// 5. PAYMENT AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Paid tiers (SCRIBE, LIFETIME) are billed through our payment processor. Refunds are governed by the processor's policies and DISS0LINKZ's refund practice at the time of request. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

// 6. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DISSOVERSE LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of DISS0LINKZ or your violation of these Terms, including any content you link to.

// 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

DISS0LINKZ is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding availability, fitness for purpose, or results. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

// 8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICES

For intellectual property concerns involving a creator's linked content, contact [email protected]. Because DISS0LINKZ does not host the underlying content, most takedown requests are properly directed to the external host.

// 9. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the settings panel.

// 10. CHANGES

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

// 11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
